- Understanding Software Development Life Cycle
- Excellent and have experience in programming language for Web application such as HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Excellent and have experience in programming language for Mobile Apps such as Java, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter and iOS
- Deep understanding of version control (GIT)
- Understanding DevOps concept and implementation
- Understanding in implementing design pattern and design principles to create a scalability of product
- UI Designer
Persyaratan:
- Bachelor/Master Degree
- Minimum 2 years as UI or Interactive Designers
- Design thinking
- Human-computer interaction principles
- Lo-Fi Designs (Figma preferred, but other tools mastery is welcomed)
- Hi-Fi Designs (Figma preferred, but other tools mastery is welcomed)
- Micro Interaction and animation (Adobe After Effect + Lottie, but other tools mastery is welcomed)
- Design system creation and documentation
- Prototype (Figma and framer, but other tools mastery is welcomed)
- UX Designer
Persyaratan:

- Project Planning
- Design thinking
- Human-computer interaction principles
- Information Architecture Design and Taxonomy
- Heuristic evaluations
- User Story and Persona
- User and task flow and or service blueprint
- Wireframing and lo-fi designs (proficiency at figma are preferred)
- Strong proficiency at either or both of UX Research or UI Designs
- Design system creation and documentation
- UX Writing
- Usability Testing
